The Plate Flange is suitable for connecting titanium pipes with nominal pressure not exceeding 2.5mpa. The sealing surface of the plate flange can be made into smooth type, concave and convex type, tenon groove type. The smoothed flush welding flange has the largest application amount. It is mostly used in the case of mild-medium conditions, such as low-pressure non-purified compressed air and low-pressure circulating water.
The threaded flange is connected with a thread. However, the center of the product has a thread size corresponding to the pipe.Its main advantage is that it can be assembled without welding.

Weld Neck Flange (WN)
Butt flange: Weld Neck Flange is usually called “high hub” flange.Its purpose is to transfer the pressure of the pipe, thereby reducing the high stress concentration in the flange base.However, the price is high, because the production process is complex.
The sliding flange has a lower hinge as the pipe enters the single flange before welding.It is welded internally and externally to provide sufficient strength to prevent leakage.The sliding flanges are all bore to match the slightly larger outer diameter pipe.They are superior to the welding of neck flanges, due to the lower initial cost,but the final installation cost will probably not be lower because of the added welding of neck flanges.
Lap Joint Flange
The lap joint flange is actually identical to the sliding flange. Normally, lap joint flanges and lap stubs are together will be the system.
The Socket Welding Flange
The socket welding flange is a similar sliding flange unless it has a hole and reverse hole dimensions.The counter hole matches the pipe so that the pipe is inserted into the flange similar to the sliding flange.The diameter of the smaller hole is the same as the ID of the same pipe match.The limit is a built-in hole that sits at the bottom as a shoulder sleeve for the pipe.This eliminates any flow limitation in the use of socket welded flanges.

Defects of The welding ring loosens the flange cover:
1. Low pressure.
